People if you are confused with the difference between enterprise and sdn bhd
here are some explanation we've found:
The main difference between Sdn. Bhd. and enterprise is S/B dept does not carry to the owner where enterprise,even the company is closed,the owner bare all the cost himself.in S/B,the maxi,u, you lost is thepaid up capital of the company,if your company paid up capital is RM,the maximum you lose is RM2,of cause all the asset of the company is also lost.
